Yes, we do provided that certain conditions are met. We operate our business on the premise that you will be 100% satisfied with our products.
What payment methods do you accept? TOP
Our shopping cart system is set up to process payment via Paypal's payment processing service (for which you don't need a Paypal account), direct deposit and money orders. Paypal is a secure site for credit card processing.
However, we also accept orders over the telephone, via email and fax. Please see our Payment Methods policy for more information. I need my order urgently - will you ship it via Express Post? TOP
Yes, however, you we cannot extend our free shipping offer in this instance. We will charge you only the Express Post charge - we do not profit from shipping. What does the free shipping cover? TOP
At the moment, we are providing complimentary shipping Australia wide for parcels up to 3 kg.
If your parcel is over this limit, we will advise you and advise you to pay the difference.
We will not profit on the excess shipping charge - we will charge you what Australia Post charges us. Are the prices GST inclusive? TOP
Yes, our prices are the all inclusive price. We do not advertise the GST exclusive price and then add GST once your order. What you see is what you pay (excluding excess shipping). Do you have a mail out catalogue? TOP
No, we operate as an online boutique only and thus have an electronic catalogue. We have this in mind when publishing images on the site.
If you would like to receive a larger image of the products you are interested in, please email us with your request.
